Our Hope and Vision for Rwanda:
By faith we see God transforming the culture and lives of the Rwandan people forever! Those who have suffered the atrocities of a civil war and nationwide genocide will become unified through the body of Christ. Where there was division, hatred and bitterness there will be unity, reconciliation and harmony. Where there is fear, there will be faith in the Almighty God!
Multitudes will hear the Good News for the first time, thousands of families will be discipled, and hundreds of communities of God-fearing, God-serving men and women will be trained to lead, shepherd, disciple and minister to God’s people in their own language and culture.
Where there is loss of hope, fear of the future, fear of death and disease there will be healing of spirit, mind and body.
We will speak their language and understand their culture. We will make many friends. However, and most important, we will witness God transforming lost and broken people into obedient disciples of Jesus.
Discipleship communities will be independent from foreign funds and forms, but dependent upon Almighty God. They will guard and uplift each other and they will continue to disciple their families and friends as well as disciple new communities, mature new leaders and become cross-cultural disciple makers themselves. When they call out to the Lord, He will heal their land and all the saints will sing a new song.

Humility – Like Jesus, we seek to look after the interests of others despite ourselves. To help Rwandans, we humbly seek partnership with God and His servants in other organizations and churches. We trust God and our brothers and sisters in the Lord to transform and redeem Rwanda.
Integrity – We seek to work with the highest degree of honesty and good character, living out the example of Christ and being unified as we display trustworthiness and are willing to trust in others.
Reconciliation – We seek to be disciples full of the truth and grace of Jesus Christ. As much as it is in our power and ability we will work to reconcile all strained and broken relationships within our ministry community and in communities in which we work. We will speak the truth in love and encourage humble confession of hurtful or sinful actions. As well, we will forgive without condition and encourage others to extend grace and trust to all.
Impartiality – Lev. 19:15 commands, “Do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great.” As followers of Christ, we seek to follow His example by serving all his people without deference nor disregard.
Excellence – All that we do and all that we are will be worthy of the King of Kings. We work for His Glory, in His timing, seeking His pleasure.
